An Escape!

Your family decides to take you on a picnic. You are happy, at last- after such long, tiring exams- an escape!
You enter a dark, misty, foggy, mountainous and lush green forest with trees piercing the sky. You are surprised and happy about the sight.
Your family arranges a rug on the short grass and lays down the dishes. You had a great feast. Soon, you fell into a dreamy sleep.
As soon as you wake up, it's evening but something's odd: your parents are nowhere to be found, the sky is red, and there is only one path. You are not in your universe!

What should you do to escape? Be quick, something unpleasant is watching.

The Path

The path leads to a river, deep, dark and mysterious. You see a boat.

Should you take it? It might be contaminated!

Well, well, well!

You cross the river and enter the other side of the forest. You see a deep, dark, old, mossy well and a bucket.
An old man asks you to take water from the well.

Will you help him?

Swim- really?

You try to swim into the river water, fearing the microbes present on the old wood of the boat. You try really hard but can't move an inch in the river, as if the river is filled with cement. You sink, but, you can breathe.
In the green bed of the river, you notice a red figure. It asks for water, you are freaked out by seeing the giant with a segmented body, the face of a cockroach, and large horns on top. You say, "I only have food."
Then he says, "Yes, you look tasty."

He offers you a lemon and a clove, which one will you choose?

The Cabin

You walk past him and notice a small cabin. You get inside and see a bed.

Will you sleep?

Tribal Village- you are welcome!

You walk out and find a small, old village with a huge fireplace in the middle, surrounded by huts radiating outward in a circular pattern. Villagers ask,

"Are you a member of Djougi Tembor tribe?"

Dko Dko Dko! 🪵

No

You find people who resemble your parents. As you approach, they turn—the first figure is your father, the second is your mother, and at last—you see yourself! They ask who you are; you check your reflection in a puddle-

You don't have a face! They start to chase you.

Loss of identity 🪞

You start to turn the pulley; it keeps going deeper and deeper. Old man smiles with a toothless mouth, and in a shaky, deep voice, he whispers- "IT'S INFINITELY DEEP AND MY 'PET' RESIDEs IN IT."

Then, he pushes you into the well.

Swallowed/Fell into the void 🕳️

Demon says, "Remember how I went from a successful man to metamorphosing into an insect? Society didn't accept me. I have adapted to live in this stinky river. I love lemon with my food."
You realise that lemon was its favourite seasoning!
